AKOE hosted and steered our latest face-to-face meeting in Valencia. The venue was Comenius Centre Educatiu. We met on 21–22 September 2025.

Overview
Learnable opened with a compact review of progress and priorities. The agenda covered pilot testing, MOOC finalisation, dissemination, quality, sustainability, and the final report. Timing blocks and speakers were set out in advance.
Pilot testing and MOOC decisions
Learnable presented the key findings from Pilot Testing 3. Partners validated several quick wins for the MOOC. For example, we will redesign registration emails and reduce quiz auto-emails. Moreover, a certificate link and attachment will be included in the final email. A module-by-module PDF toolbox will also be added. IED will check feasibility and implement changes on the platform. Deadlines run from 29 September to 10 October 2025.
AKOE and Learnable on dissemination
AKOE, together with Learnable, showcased current outreach and next steps. The partnership will keep promoting the website and the Community of Practice. Partners will also create National Reference Points per country. Furthermore, IED, Budakov Films, and Raseiniai will extend Digital Badge outreach and distribute leaflets. Reports are due by the end of October.
IED and Learnable on statistics
IED shared up-to-date MOOC statistics. We exceeded the 50-teacher KPI by 44%, with 72 teachers reaching at least 75% completion. Overall completion now stands at 69%. Therefore, the main KPI was achieved, while usability tweaks continue.
Quality assurance checkpoints
Learnable confirmed which evaluations are done and what remains. The final stakeholder evaluation must be completed by the end of October. Meeting and partnership evaluations are scheduled around the TPM dates. However, a few beneficiary and multiplier event inputs still need transfer or completion.
Sustainability actions
Learnable outlined the sustainability track. Partners will sign cooperation agreements between schools and digital experts. They will also sign a declaration to keep channels active and to run local events. Consequently, templates will be shared in early October, with signatures due by month-end. EQF alignment for MOOC content sits with IED.
Administration and final report
Learnable reminded everyone about formal links, timesheets, and proofs. Some items are still missing and have concrete due dates. Meanwhile, all documents can be provided on paper or via certified e-signature. The final timesheets are due by 30 October.
Event leadership and partner roles
The coordinator, Learnable, carried the weight of the event and decision-making. AKOE contributed on dissemination context and hosting support. IED contributed with MOOC statistics and technical follow-up. As a result, responsibilities remained clear and balanced.
What’s next
By early October, Learnable will share templates and reminders. Partners will enrich the MOOC toolbox and complete dissemination reports. IED will deploy platform changes and update the certificate flow. Finally, all evaluations and signatures are due by the end of October.
