Welcome to the UX@School Online Tracking System!

We are thrilled to introduce you to our innovative Online Tracking System, developed as part of the project UX@School, an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the school sector.

This tool is designed to enhance your skills for monitoring and evaluating learners’ user experience based on UX principles through a crafted questionnaire aiming at analysing digital artefacts and environments used at school.

How to use it?

Part 1: Collect Student Feedback

Use the UX@School online questionnaire (via Google Forms) to collect student feedback on their experience interacting with the online learning materials and environments used in class.

1. Copy the ux@school questionnaire 

2. Rename and move the copied questionnaire on your own drive.

3. Share the form with your students to collect their feedback.

4. Download the results in .csv format

Part 2: Analyze Data

Analyse the data you have collected to identify the main strengths and weaknesses from the students’ perspective of the online learning artifacts and environments you have used.

5. Access the Online Tracking System.

6. Upload your .csv file

7. See the results with personalised score and customised feedback

Part 3: Enhance Learning Experience

Enhance your students’ learning experience by implementing the suggestions provided by the system.

You can repeat the assessment periodically.

This will help you gauge progress and see where other changes might be needed!
